Well, it's been over a week now since I started using the OptiMINDzation CD Vol 1, and I've been listening for 20 mins in the morning, and 20-60 minutes every night. And I can honestly say I haven't noticed a difference in brain function. But then, maybe I'm not the best person to judge.
I've also been staying up late nearly every night, so probably not the best experimantal conditions. I did listen to the CD on my headphones whilst falling asleep.
On one part of the literature, Stephen Pierce wrote that you should try and concentrate on the pulsing sounds. No chance! That lasted about eight seconds. But he did say earlier that you should be totally relaxed, so those two would be a contradiction for me. I also have been reading and learning stuff, and am still slow as ever, but I ain't giving up yet.
